Manusia Hanya Merancang

"Ambik yang ni la syg, 8 batu utk 8 anak" ayat mujib 8 tahun lepas masa kami sama-sama cari cincin kahwin.. "8 macam ramai sangat, 2 batu untuk 1 anak ok?" kata mama seolah-olah meminta diskaun.. Bermula dari situ, seperti perjanjian yang dah dipersetujui bersama, merancang untuk mendapat sekurang-kurangnya 4 orang anak..

Kehadiran kakak dan adik datang seperti yang dirancang.. 3 tahun jarak umur rasa seperti cukup baik untuk kami.. kakak tak terlalu kecik & tak terlalu besar untuk mendapat adik baru.. Apabila umur adik semakin hampir masuk 3 tahun, mama mula merancang untuk anak ke-3.. Pada mulanya, mama ingat semua akan berjalan lancar seperti yang sebelumnya.. Mungkin sebagai peringatan Allah untuk diri yang kadang-kadang lupa, manusia merancang, Allah yang menentukan..

Lepas hampir setahun menunggu, mama berjaya mengandung kali ke-3.. Mama gembira, tapi hanya untuk seketika.. Kandungan tak dapat diteruskan disebabkan mama mengandung di luar rahim.. Bukan sahaja kandungan tak dapat diselamatkan & sebelah tiub fallopio mama terpaksa dibuang, Doktor memberitahu risiko 50% untuk kejadian yang sama berulang untuk kandungan yang seterusnya disebabkan keadaan tiub fallopio yang tidak normal.. Kata Doktor, risiko itu dari sudut pandangan perubatan, tapi sebagai seorang muslim, kita percaya semua datang dari Allah & doa senjata manusia yang paling kuat.. Allah yang menentukan segalanya, sama seperti kandungan dan kelahiran kakak dan adik yang berlaku dengan mudah dan lancar..

Kata Doktor, sekiranya ectopic pregnancy berulang lagi (minta-minta dijauhkan), tiub fallopio mama yang kedua (dan terakhir) terpaksa dibuang dan harapan mama untuk mendapat sekurang-kurang 4 orang anak tak kan terjadi..

Mama sempat bertanya tentang penggunaan ubat methotrexate untuk merawat kandungan luar rahim, sekiranya ditakdirkan berlaku lagi.. Doktor menggeleng-ngeleng dan memberitahu kesan pengambilan ubat tersebut sama seperti rawatan kimoterapi (rambut gugur, muntah dll).. Wajah Doktor seperti membayangkan, tak ada apa yang mama boleh buat sekiranya perkara ini berulang lagi.. Tapi mama tau, semua yang berlaku adalah ujian dari Allah.. Mengingatkan mama pada kekuasaan Allah.. Mama yakin, perancangan Allah lebih baik hebat dari perancangan mama.. Sesungguhnya Allah itu Maha Pemurah lagi Maha Mengasihani..
